How this works

The short version, without the jargon.

  1. You type the job in your own words

"my toilet keeps running" and "fix a running toilet" are the same job, so they get you the same guide. You don't have to phrase it the right way.

  2. A safety check runs first

Some things we won't write instructions for. If your request is one of them, you get told why rather than getting a guide.

  3. The guide gets written

It's written by AI, to a fixed structure: the tools and parts, the safety points, numbered steps, a check after each step, the mistakes people usually make, and when to stop and call a professional.

  4. The drawings are made

Each step gets its own diagram. The text arrives first so you can start reading; the drawings fill in behind it over the next minute or so.

What we don't do

No tradesperson checks these guides. We don't know your house, your model of boiler or your local rules. A guide can be confidently wrong. Read the whole thing before you start, and if a step doesn't match what you're looking at, stop.
